The project consists of converting a historic hospital building into 147 new apartments requiring substantial demolition, hazardous material abatement, excavation and construction of a new addition. The renovated apartment building will include a below grade garage, addition of new bay window projections, and eighteen “English Basements”.
D2 LLC, provided include a complete sediment and erosion control project plan, silt fence, sump pump, sediment controls, stabilized construction entrances.
