D2 Site Work Projects - NAVFAC Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) Phase II project at Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling, MD

D2 performed all earthwork and site demolition services for the NAVFAC Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) Phase II project at Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling.

Our scope included excavation, fill, grading, trenching, selective demolition, clearing and grubbing, storm drainage support, erosion and sediment control, and site preparation within the project’s limits of disturbance.

Working in a secure military environment, D2 executed pre existing condition surveys, protected critical utilities and infrastructure, coordinated closely with Grunley and NAVFAC, and maintained continuous access and operational continuity for adjacent facilities.

D2 also installed bioretention and stormwater management features, stabilized disturbed areas, and supported the electrical and dry utility contractors through precise trenching and subgrade preparation.

All work was completed in accordance with federal security requirements, JBAB environmental standards, Davis Bacon wage compliance, and the project’s detailed phasing and scheduling requirements.
