D2 performed the complete sitework package for the National Park Service’s Lincoln Memorial Undercroft Rehabilitation under Consigli Construction.
Our responsibilities included furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to execute excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation in accordance with the project’s specifications, exhibits, and federal contract requirements.
Working within one of the most sensitive and historically significant sites in the country, D2 coordinated closely with Consigli and NPS to protect existing structures, manage constrained access on the National Mall, and perform all earthwork activities with precision and care.
D2 supported the project’s phased construction plan, adhered to strict safety and environmental standards, and delivered the sitework scope necessary to advance the modernization and expansion of the Lincoln Memorial’s interior visitor facilities.
