D2 LLC was selected by CBG to perform the complete sitework and earthwork package for the Westside Shady Grove development, delivering all excavation, grading, utilities support, and site preparation required to advance this large scale mixed use project.
Our scope included mass earthwork, stormwater management features, structural excavation, backfill, erosion and sediment control, and full coordination with the general contractor and all trades to maintain schedule continuity across a dense, multi phase site.
D2 provided all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to execute the work safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications, permitting requirements, and jurisdictional standards.
