D2 LLC was selected by Consigli Construction to perform the complete sitework scope for the Smith Hall Renovation at Towson University.
Our team provided all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to execute the earthwork, grading, excavation, and exterior site preparation supporting the modernization of this academic facility.
Working under a detailed, multi phase schedule, D2 coordinated closely with Consigli and other trades to maintain uninterrupted campus operations while delivering precise excavation, subgrade preparation, and site demolition activities.
The project required strict adherence to university standards, environmental controls, and safety protocols, ensuring all work was completed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with the contract documents. D2’s performance contributed directly to the successful redevelopment of Smith Hall, supporting improved infrastructure and long term campus functionality.
