D2 performed the complete earthwork package for the Dumbarton Oaks Greenhouse Renovation under Gilbane Building Company.
Our scope included furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to execute excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation in strict accordance with the project’s plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Working within the historic Dumbarton Oaks campus, D2 coordinated closely with Gilbane and the design team, executed all earthwork with precision, and supported the renovation of the greenhouse facilities through careful protection of existing structures, controlled site access, and adherence to the project’s detailed phasing and scheduling requirements.
D2 delivered all earthwork necessary to advance this specialized renovation project for Harvard University’s Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collection.
