The Marvin Gaye Recreation Center and Trail project included full design and construction services to demolish the existing recreation center (field house) and construct a new recreation facility with improvements to the athletic fields and 2 new basketball courts. In addition, re-activate the existing Marvin Gaye trail with signage, passive and active amenities. The new building features a balcony cantilevering over the nearby stream and state-of-the-art finishes.
D2 performed site demolition services, bio- retention ponds, excavation and backfill for retaining walls, sediment and erosion control.
