This project is for the construction of a new 14,000 sq. ft facility that will include a reception area, offices, multipurpose room, locker room, and various Natatoriums. The site will include a new parking lot, access roads, landscaping, walking trails, new patio and road improvements. The LEED goal for this project is Silver.
