Wahler Place Redevelopment Project, Achievement Prep combined its elementary and middle schools into one campus expanding from 50,000 SF building to a 105,000 SF serving 960 scholars, grades PK3-8 in two state-of-the-art buildings.

The Wahler Place Campus Redevelopment Project was a two-year project plan to redevelop the current Achievement Prep campus on Wahler Place. This includes the construction of a new building and the renovation of the existing building. Through these developments, the existing Wahler Place Middle School will be relocated into the new building and Mississippi Avenue Elementary School to will be relocated to the existing building on Wahler Place.

Phase I: The first phase of the Wahler Place Campus Redevelopment Project included the construction of a new middle school building on the Wahler Place lot behind the existing middle school building, as well as site improvements, including a new parking lot and landscaping.

Phase II: The second phase of the project included the renovation of the existing building to host the elementary school.
